New Awakening 2011 Theme:
EVEN NOW… (Joel 2:12-14)
“Even now,” declares the LORD, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity. Who knows? He may turn and have pity and leave behind a blessing– grain offerings and drink offerings for the LORD your God.

New Awakening 2008 Theme:
The theme is “Lord, Let Your Glory Come Down: Repentance, Reconciliation, and Revival (2 Chronicles 7:1-3)” and is based on King Solomon’s dedication of the temple in Jerusalem and the account of God’s fire coming down and His glory filling the temple (so much so that the priests could not enter the temple) and the Israelites kneeling down and worshipping God in response. In the same way, our theme is a desperate plea for God’s glory to come down upon the conference, engendering a true spirit of worship and repentance in response, spurring reconciliation and unity of purpose, and thereby leading to individual and corporate transformation for the revival of our churches and this nation and the world.
