TRIP PLANNING TIPS

TRAVEL WITH A GROUP: Get a group committed to go ASAP.

PLAN: Plan your travel and stay in Philadelphia. Philadelphia is a city rich with American history that students may benefit from. There are also nearby renowned colleges that you can tour. Remember, the conference dates are near an important date to the United States – 4th of July.
*Conference registration starts at 2pm, first general session starts at 7pm, and last general session will end around 9:30pm of July 2nd, 2008. Please plan your trip accordingly.

TICKETS: Buy plane tickets early. Tickets purchased earlier tend to have lower rates than those bought later. Traveling on holidays (i.e. July 4th) may result in cheaper tickets as well.

parkingloop PARKING: There are parking structures all around the convention center and the Marriott Hotel. Parking prices range from about $25-$50 per day. For parking structure locations and prices please visit our Web site. Parking at the Marriott Hotel is $41.40 per day. We suggest you try to find parking in a nearby structure or take public transportation.
