There is a huge crave for physical fitness these days. Just look at all the fitness and health magazines, commercials, and the modern worship of the perfect body. But there is a greater subtle crisis and dire need for Christian spiritual fitness and health. All of us would admit that we need be to spiritually fit and healthy in Christ. However, saying it and desiring it are so much harder than achieving it and maintaining it. We have so many good believers but few great disciples of Christ.
