Must send in liability and medical release form along with registration.
One adult (age 21 and over) must accompany every 10 Youth Track attendees and attend the Youth Track (register as a Youth Track Chaperone). - Cancellation & refund policy
$50 deposits are transferable to a new registrant but not refundable. Final names and contact information for transfers are due on or before June 6, 2008. Registrations may be refundable, less the $50 non-refundable deposit, if requests for refunds are submitted in writing using the refund request form, postmarked no later than June 6, 2008.You will receive your refund check in 5 to 8 weeks. No refunds after June 6, 2008.
