David Crowder* Band
This is the sixth JAMA national conference for David Crowder* Band, a band MSN said “single-handedly redefined what contemporary Christian music should sound like.” They were named as MSN’s Artist of the Year 2006 and won the 2006 Dove Award for Best Rock Album for A Collision or (3+4=7). Their newest album, Remedy, debuted at No. 22 on the Billboard charts and peaked at No. 4 on the iTunes Top 100 Albums chart. They stay busy touring in support of their albums and leading worship on Sundays at the University Baptist Church in Waco, TX, and continue to be a featured band for the Passion student movement.
Delirious?
Since 1995, Delirious? has released chart-topping singles and albums, becoming an international band that has bemused the public by fitting Christian music into the mainstream charts. Impacting worshipping hearts with songs like “I Could Sing of Your Love Forever”, “Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble?”, and “Majesty (Here I Am)”, Delirious? continues to travel the world singing of the Lord’s love.
The Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers
The Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers consists of an elite group of 20 members from the 285-voice Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, which has won six Grammy Awards and two Dove Awards. They travel widely and use their unique sound to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
Kendall Payne has led worship at youth conferences such as DCLA and Dare 2 Share. With deep and meaningful lyrics, she won a Dove Award for “Best Alternative Album of the Year”. Payne has also toured with The Lilith Fair, Dido, Third Day, Delirious?, and many others. Her music has been in movies such as “Never Been Kissed” and TV shows such as “Popular”, “Felicity”, “Dawson’s Creek”, and “Grey’s Anatomy”. What makes Payne’s music so special and so well-received and respected is her uncanny ability to weave life’s most commonly shared experiences into some of the most brilliant lyrics and most moving melodies.
Danny Oertli
Danny Oertli is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and author, encouraging audiences worldwide with enriching stories of God’s enduring faithfulness. He has performed throughout the world and has worked with many ministries including Billy Graham, Focus on the Family, and FamilyLife. For the past seven years, Oertli has served as the worship leader for the Dare 2 Share conferences and as a Compassion International spokesperson.
