RICHARD BLACKABY

Dr. Richard Blackaby is president of Blackaby Ministries International. He has co-authored several books with his father, Dr. Henry Blackaby, including: When God Speaks, Spiritual Leadership: Moving People on to God’s Agenda, and Hearing God’s Voice. He has also written articles for numerous magazines and journals. He travels internationally, speaking on spiritual leadership and the Christian life. He also works with his father in discipling Christian CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Blackaby served as senior pastor of Friendship Baptist Church in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada and then as president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane Alberta, Canada for 13 years. He received his M.Div. and Ph.D. in Church History at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and was awarded a Doctor of Divinity by Dallas Baptist University. He and his wife Lisa have three grown children.

STEPHEN CHONG

Rev. Stephen Chong is a pastor at Sarang Community Church in Anaheim, CA. Bringing people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and endeavoring to heal and unite God’s true family—composed of every nation, tribe, race, and tongue—are Pastor Stephen’s life-long ministry goals. It was during his years on the ministerial staff at Bethel AME Church, an African-American church in Boston, that these ideals were firmly imbedded in him. He received his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Ann, are the proud parents of Karis and Colin.

JIM CYMBALA

Rev. Jim Cymbala has been the pastor of The Brooklyn Tabernacle for more than 25 years. What began with less than 30 people has turned into a booming congregation. His wife, Carol directs the Grammy-Award winning, Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. The Brooklyn Tabernacle is committed to reaching out to their community. Their ministries include adult literacy programs, ministry to abused children, and outreaches for pre-teens. He is also the best-selling author of Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire; The Life God Blesses; and Breakthrough Prayer.

TIMOTHY HAAHS

Rev. Timothy H. Haahs, P.E. is President of Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc., an engineering and architectural design firm specializing in the planning, design, and restoration of parking and mixed-use structures. He is also the Founding Pastor of Calvary Vision Church in Blue Bell, PA. Having gone through two heart transplant surgeries, he is committed to using his energy and resources to helping others. In 2006 he was selected as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for the Real Estate and Construction category in the Philadelphia Region. He currently resides in Lower Gwynedd, PA with his wife, Janice, and two daughters, Christina and Julianna. He is also a licensed pilot and scuba diver.

DANNY HAN

Rev. Danny Han is Senior Pastor at Joy Christian Fellowship. He was born in Seoul, Korea and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 16. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Northwestern University and his M.Div. and M.Th. from Princeton University. He has been ministering in Bergen County, NJ since 1987 and is currently working on his Ph.D. at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is passionate about generational reconciliation, especially in the Korean-American church context. He and his wife Julie have three children: Teresa, Justin, and Joshua. He enjoys reading and watching movies.

GARY HAUGEN

Gary Haugen serves as President and CEO of International Justice Mission (IJM). IJM is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local governments to ensure victim rescue, to prosecute perpetrators and to strengthen the community and civic factors that promote functioning public justice systems. Mr. Haugen received a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago, where he was the Ford Foundation Scholar in International Law. He also served as the Visiting Scholar in Politics at the University of Adelaide in Australia. Mr. Haugen and the work of IJM have been featured by the “Today Show,” “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “Dateline NBC,” FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, National Public Radio, Forbes Magazine and The New York Times. Mr. Haugen has authored numerous articles on foreign affairs, international law and human rights. His latest book, Just Courage: God’s Great Expedition for the Restless Christian (2008), is a resonant call to courage set on the frontlines of today’s battle against violent injustice. Mr. Haugen currently resides in the Washington, DC, area with his family.

JOSHUA KANG

Rev. Joshua Kang is Lead Pastor of Lakeview Church, a multi-site, multi-ethnic church located in the Chicago area. He is passionate about transforming the unchurched into disciples of Christ and multiplying God’s kingdom by planting life-changing churches locally and globally. Lakeview currently has three campuses that respectively reach out to the multi-ethnic, Asian-American, and Korean-speaking populations. Lakeview also planted a daughter church in Nicaragua, which has multiplied itself into two campuses. Pastor Joshua graduated from UC Berkeley with a major in History, earned his M.Div., Th.M., and M.A. in Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Development at William Carey International University. He lives in Vernon Hills, IL with his high-school-sweetheart and wife, Lanna, and their two children, Christy and Timothy. Pastor Joshua enjoys frequenting local buffet restaurants, playing table tennis, and taking road trips with his family.

JOHN C. KIM

Dr. John C. Kim is President and Founder of Jesus Awakening Movement for America (JAMA) & Global Leadership Development Institute (GLDI). He is Professor Emeritus of International Business and Management at California State University, Monterey Bay. He was Senior Professor of International Business and Management at California State University, Monterey Bay and has taught in universities for almost four decades, including Pepperdine University and the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He has also served as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Alaska. Dr. Kim has spoken to hundreds of thousands of young people in the U.S. and internationally, calling on Christians to pray for spiritual awakening, healing for the nation, and equipping young people to be transforming agents for Christ. He is married to the love of his life, Sarah. He and his wife have two grown children, Sharon and Paul, and four grandchildren, Mark, Grace, Noelle, and Lucy.

MONICA KIM

Ms. Monica Kim is Associate Faculty and counselor at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF). She holds a M.A. in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Toronto, Canada. She completed an internship at CCEF and has been counseling there for many years. She has also been working in church ministry for over 16 years teaching and counseling women, youth, and families. She is married to Rev. Danny Kwon and they have three children, ages 13, 12 and 10. While they have a bustling family life, they really enjoy taking time for exciting family recreation.

JOEL KOPP

Mr. Joel Kopp is a Foreign Service Officer who has been an active Christian within the U.S. Department of State, encouraging fellow Christian diplomats to live out their faith and calling in Washington D.C. and wherever they are assigned around the world. Originally from Alaska, Joel has a master's degree from the University of Washington and joined the Department of State in 2002. He has served in Mexico and Washington D.C., and will begin serving at the U.S. Embassy in Indonesia in July of this year. He and his wife Ginger have been married for 20 years and have three teenage sons. He speaks English, Spanish, and Indonesian.

MICHAEL OH

Dr. Michael Oh is President and Founder of Christ Bible Institute - Japan, which includes a graduate level theological seminary, church planting efforts, and various outreach ministries. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Anthropology at the University of Pennsylvania where he also received his undergraduate and master’s degrees. He received theological training at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and he also completed a master’s degree in Japanese Studies at Harvard University. Dr. Oh has spoken at Urbana and the Desiring God Pastor’s Conference. Since 2007, he has served on the board of the Lausanne Movement. He and his wife Pearl have 5 children.

JAE PARK

Rev. Jae Park has been serving in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania for 18 years. He is a speaker for JAMA, a faculty member of Global Leadership Development Institution (GLDI), and is the founder of Summer Outreach (SOR) and Exodus Ministry Group. Pastor Jae accepted his call to ministry while attending college and received his M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is presently committed to pastoring Grace Community Chapel (GCC) South Brunswick, Cherry Hill, and Northern Jersey. His lifetime goal is to be loved by God and to enjoy Him forever in faithfully walking with Him. He is a committed husband to wife, Jee, and a loving father to three children, Daniel, Isaiah, and Joy

BILL HOLDRIDGE

Pastor Bill Holdridge has been in pastoral ministry since 1976. He has pastored four churches, and was the founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Monterey Bay in Monterey, CA, where he served for 27 years. Currently, he is senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Santa Cruz in Scotts Valley, CA. Bill is also the founder and President of Poimen Ministries, a support ministry to other senior pastors and churches. He also serves on the board of directors of several churches and Christian discipleship ministries, and has traveled extensively in his role as an instructor for Calvary Chapel Bible College. He has been a part of JAMA/New Awakening since 2002, and also teaches in the Global Leadership Development Institute under the direction of Dr. John Kim. He is the author of two books: Encounter: Ephesians and Encounter: James, both of which are six-week devotional studies in God’s Word. Bill and his wife Sheri make their home in Soquel, CA, and have been blessed with three adult married children and eight grandchildren. Bill's passion is to teach the Word of God, and his calling is summarized by Paul’s words in Colossians 1:28: "Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus."
